If South ever played 3 or 4 years of finals footy in a row it would be interesting to see what type of coin they would generate. They have done very well and it's a complete turnaround from their previous pauper status thankfully.
But's let's face reality, having poker machines in the outer south as well as a massively generous state government getting them established down there were the two keys. No major mystery to why they're financial.

The Cambridge room (after match functions/clubroom) has been referbished. No tap beer but its an excellent space which has the look and feel of a footy club's club rooms as oposed to an airport waiting lounge (South IMO). Give it a try this season, I recon you'll like it.

Will do mate. Last year there was only North supporters in the Sturt clubrooms before the game

Those who I've taken up to the Old Grandstand now glassed off area will agree that will be the best in the league once they've moved up there.
Centrals is the best but the distance from the ground is a pain. Great areas, range of bars, space, etc.
Glenelgs is good, great now they've opened it up.
South's are a great view but for some reason, have felt outdated really quickly.
Wests and Sturts are a trip back to the 70s, Sturts very ordinary with no tap beer.
Norwood if they have some will be the best as they'll serve Coopers!
Eagles is pretty good but feels old too.
Never been in Port's.

Can't say I have ever been into Norwoods clubrooms where are they located?
Id take Premierships and no clubrooms over clubrooms and no success anyday.
Couldnt care less if we had clubrooms but I do like the setup at South and the Bay
Where are the premierships cups kept?
We have plenty of room at Noarlunga if you need to store any
