It doesn't matter who plays there will be 30,000 there. Both SA based AFL teams will be done for the year and it will be the last day of the year for a lot of South Australian Football fans to see live Football.

The thought of a potential drought breaking win for South 64 or West 83 would make for a good marketing and promotion campaign.

As a fan of SANFL since the late 70s I must agree with the statement someone made about South. You couldn't begrudge them a Premiership after 50 plus years of torture.

There must be a chance of back to back Port v Norwood GF's which will pull a good crowd.

My tip is a Eagles v Port - GF.

No matter who plays in it I will be there. Always a great day.

Correct. Shame as I think none of them will be around come GF day.
I'm going for an Eagles v West GF with maybe 25,000 there depending if enough neutrals to rock up

Lucky he didn't mention Port, you'd have kittens!

North league finals record this decade: 5 wins 2 losses
Power league: 3 wins 2 losses
Power reserves: 1 win 2 losses

Yep, about as relevant as Port Adelaide reserves are in the SANFL

I knew you'd have a crack. So predictable. Like North constantly infighting off field and failing on it.

I hope you're right, but I don't share your enthusiasm.
The Eagles might not have the smallest supporter base (even though it is pretty small), but I guess after going to all those GF's at Footy Park, I don't see them as being "attractive" to most neutral supporters.
Agree a South/West GF should be a great promo opportunity and would get many more neutrals along that the Eagles IMO. Unfortunately given the injury list for South posted on another thread, it unlikely to be this year.

Yeah I'm as predictable as you are mate.
Jump in, little snipe and jump out again. Unless of course someone posts something about your precious reserves team and then it's "move on and change the record"
Not sure you how you manage to correlate me responding to one of your troll posts on this forum with what is going on at North but there you go. That says more about you than me.

I can at least take some solice that North will turn it around eventually and be a competitive SANFL club again. You mob will always be an AFL reserve side that has no history in the SANFL and doesn't give a f%#k about the SANFL. Maybe that's where your problems lies sport?
