Why did the "umpires" give Central so many frees in the 2nd qtr? I mean I was embarrassed, 3 frees is way too many. Don't ever blatantly favour us so much again.

Fortunately all players involved were granted access to the rooms straight after the game and didn't have to wait in the cold.

32 frees in a half of footy. Sounds like they've got the umpires from last week's game at the Parade. If so, may God have mercy on the players and spectators footballing souls.

Maybe the same umps who we had against South the first time we played them this year - 60 free kicks that day. Ridiculous.

Watching last week's North v Norwood game (where 66 frees were paid for the day) it seemed like the umps had to (a) meet a free kick quota or (b) were under instructions to pay every possible infringement irrespective of its scale.

It frustrates the players, and it makes for a sh!t spectacle. SANFL footy is in enough trouble on a number of fronts off-field without on-field issues adding to it.

I know it was very frustrating to watch that day at Elizabeth.
