Might have been Glenelg when he nominated but now he's tied to West, I reckon.

Names wise the group appear unknown. Sheedy must know them.

nb. I just Googled Norwood just to see some info on Jeremy. They certainly appear to have money to spend on a coaching group.

Reading the email
Hall had two years as an assistant at Sturt and also took Unley Jets from division 4 to division 1
Kelly played with Sheedy at Sturt and has coached Robe for 2 years
I hope that helps you Goddy

That "argument" can be applied to every club under the sun.

Reddeer wrote:Everybody knows that Norwood have been doing that for years. Lots of gardeners, Trainers, staff etc to cover their tracks. But the sanfl is on its way down and out (except for a grand final crowd of free tickets just to boost numbers) so it doesn't matter much

Norwood has 3 ground staff, 8 office staff, 21 trainers (including doctors, physios) for all 4 grades.
source 2018 annual report.

Again, why would Norwood make an official record IF they're trying to make payments outside of the cap?
I understand that any club could do this, but it would most likely be the clubs that can actually afford to do it.

Agreed, it would probably be off the record but i do know for a fact they had a few "gardeners" that looked or look after the ovals at Charles Campbell Secondary School that used to be looked after by the groundsman at the school.

No South Adelaide players taken in the drafts so far. Are there any more drafts or is it now just the free for all (for AFL clubs) until the season starts? Then of course the mid season draft...

For only the second time in draft history North have not had a player drafted in either the normal or rookie drafts.
The other year was two years ago in 2017.

Count on your good fortune, WWTFC had 6 players to make their way onto an AFL List. Hard to sustain losses like that but good luck to them, Makes youth development pointless.
