Ok, I know I said I would stay away, but I found out some interesting info today that I thought I would ask about (however I doubt I'll get an answer)

Is it true that the reason the afc believe that the sanfl clubs will be better off with your proposal because the sanfl will be able to expect more income from sponsorships due to the commercial free to air tv deal?

I was told today that the entry of an afc reserves side will guarantee the tv deal, and that then the clubs can "charge" more for sponsorships thereby negating any loss of members/match day attendees.

If that is the case, do you view a successful entry of your club into the sanfl as one that attracts fans to the games, and helps increase the attendees, and popularity of the competition, or will it still be viewed as a success if the sanfl clubs make money but don't attract crowds?

Is that why you believe that the clubs will still make money even if no one goes to the games? Sponsors will pick up the shortfall despite no one watching live? If so, why the big deal over your own clubs failing crowds? Why the move to Adelaide oval? Why the big deal over the "poor" stadium deal?

If it is true, I now understand why you don't care if the proposal lowers crowds, to you it is all about dollars, and with your back door deal of guaranteeing the free to air deal, it supposedly gives the clubs more sponsorship money, without costing you a cent. Who cares about the competition when everyone is making money, who cares about the fans when the clubs have cash.

To me the competition is about more than money. **** your crows, **** your afl, I follow the sanfl not because it is the biggest league, but because I love it. I don't love corporations, I don't love money. I really hope this proposal doesn't go ahead and you have to play in the ammos as a laughing stock of the country. Once again I'm out.

I have come on here to try and share the views of AFC€ i have been consistent in my non answers to sinple question and my general contempt shown towards all of you* And what do I get out of it $

We think the crows are the best thing in sa football^ So by agreeing to this proposal we feel you are doing the best thing for sa football# take of your SANFL glasses and stop being selfish) all I've heard on here is what's in it for us);)How will it benefit us <There is more to football than you% Go Crows % UK fan

So even if there is a net increase in attendances due to the AFC reserves team's inclusion, how will this affect the soul of the SANFL? Or is this not important to you?

Please answer my questions as soon as you can. I simply can't sleep at night for excitement. Here's my Top 10 !

1 When will Crows Reserves memberships be released?
2 What are the m/ship levels and prices? Will there be memberships for pets and inanimate onjects?
3 How many interstate and overseas fans will be flocking to Crows Reserves games each week? 10k, 20k, or more?
4 How many grandstands will those horrid & selfish SANFL clubs have to build to keep us all safe from the elements?
5 How long will it take before opposition 'best players' are transferred to Crows Reserves. Can it be during the game?
6 Has a venue been booked for after match presentations? Is it big enough? Will SANFL scumbags be banned?
7 What does the Reserve's guernsey look like? Granny wants to get cracking on her knitting a.s.a.p. !
8 Grandad asks if there's a chance of bringing Fizer Pharmeceuticals on board as a player sponsor?
Apparently he's got some great idea involving one of their products and the return of Graham Johncock.
9 Granny says to forget question 8 ...... she doesn't want Grandad getting anywhere near Viagra again!
And finally,
10 Can you get rid of a few SANFL clubs? We don't like to travel too much, but the bye gives us a chance to get to Victor Harbor.

Isn't it all so thrilling ?!!!

5 next Monday
6 triggs house for a sausage sizzle
7 guernsey will have Andrew mcleods face on the front with a photo of Tyson Edwards on the back

Can you please make sure opposition supporters are not allowed into Crows reserves games. I don't like it when other teams supporters yell out. They make so much noise. Why can't they just be quiet like Crows supporters?

Also do the canteens in the SANFL sell iced VoVo's?

Your club has stated that the AFC inclusion in the SANFL will provide a massive boost in mainstream media coverage. Does this mean the average drone journalist/commentator in Adelaide will be able to name at least 1 player from each SANFL club now?

Is there any chance Triggy or Chapman will pull on the boots should an injury “crisis” hit the AFC and the top up player pool is exhausted? Now that would be worth paying to see, and will only add to the stature of the SANFL. Imagine the media coverage!

Thanks for your time.

Will betting agencies still offer markets in such a compromised league? Will the SANFL lose revenue through this?

I have some questions for you smart guy.

1. Where did Nathan Bassett l play his football ???
2. How could anyone not like the crows
3. Why wouldn't Norwood listen to our proposal ?? Are you aware how much time we spent preparing to talk down SANFL and we had some excellent scare tactics to offer.
4. We think Norwood and AFC are very similar (not just cos we both sacked Craigy) so why wouldn't you support another Norwood entering SANFL
5. Have you ever met Tex Walker ??? I have isn't it awesome ???
6. Why would the SANFL expect financial compensation from afl clubs when we can't even fund ourselves ??
7. Can you tell Gary Mcintosh to stop sleeping under trees in Max Basheer reserve ?,
8. Can you remember 97/98 ?? Wasn't it heaps good
9. Have you been repeating to yourself "it's going to be good"
10. Would SANFL fans consider free hats as compensation???
11. Do you know where our 19th man has gone ????
12. Isn't Wolf Blass a crows supporter ??

I have some questions for you smart guy. You're only saying that because I follow Norwood.

1. Where did Nathan Bassett l play his football ??? Only at Norwood.
2. How could anyone not like the crows? Easy ..... who are they?
3. Why wouldn't Norwood listen to our proposal ?? Are you aware how much time we spent preparing to talk down SANFL and we had some excellent scare tactics to offer.
We listened as carefully as Macca did to Nth. Melbourne. We try to ignore the ignorant and are scared of nothing.
4. We think Norwood and AFC are very similar (not just cos we both sacked Craigy) so why wouldn't you support another Norwood entering SANFL
THAT'S AN INSULT! Swords at dawn sir! Nevermind, Norwood are thinking of starting a new league! And nobody except 'NO' voters are invited.
5. Have you ever met Tex Walker ??? Yes. I have isn't it awesome ??? Not when he's demoted to the plastic league.
6. Why would the SANFL expect financial compensation from afl clubs when we can't even fund ourselves ?? The SANFL are fully funded by Norwood.
They know it's our crowds and bogus fines that keep the whole league afloat and they hate that fact.

7. Can you tell Gary Mcintosh to stop sleeping under trees in Max Basheer reserve ? That ain't Macca, it's Max. p.s. Spell it Garry or he'll hit ya' !
8. Can you remember 97/98 ?? Wasn't it heaps good ! Oh yeah, 1997 was fantastic! 1998 never happened.
9. Have you been repeating to yourself "it's going to be good" Yep, with The Legs heading for back-2-back, we've been saying it all year.
10. Would SANFL fans consider free hats as compensation??? Too small for our heads. And with flag 29 on the way, there'll be no shrinking.
11. Do you know where our 19th man has gone ???? Don't worry, 'Bass' will fit Gavin Hughes in somewhere.
12. Isn't Wolf Blass a crows supporter ?? Who cares? We've got Coopers and Grant Burge Wines.

Well done UK Fan, congratulations on starting a thread where the honest truth can finally be told.

Dear UK fan,

My club has just announced it is voting YES to the Crows' reserves model.

Should I tear my membership up and mail it back to the club, or simply stuff it up my arse?
