So we have had a few official retirements and questions will now be asked about who are going to be the new recruits, further retirements and delistings for season 2010...

Here are a few official ones that I know of...

CENTRAL:

In: Jay Nash (via Port Power)

Out: Matthew Slade (retired) , James Moss (retired due to injury)

EAGLES:

In: Jay Schulz (via Port Power)

Out: Mark Passador (retired)

PANTHERS:

In: 'Officially' recruited a '2008 VFL Team Of The Year' midfeilder and a 204cm ruckman from the WAFL.

Out: Tom Haetley (retired), Matt Smith (retired), Jason Torney (retired), Mitch Farmer (Richmond)

NORTH ADELAIDE:

In: Luke Ivens (returning from overseas)

NORWOOD:

Out: Kris Massie (retired), Luke Jericho (year off)

PORT MAGPIES:

Out: Corey AhChee (retired)

GLENELG:

Out: Hayden Jolly (Gold Coast), Justin McConnell (retired)

WEST ADELAIDE:

Out: Salim Hassan (undecided), Damian Cupido* (returned to Vic)

* Cupido is still a possibility to come back to West Adelaide next season after his much publicised gambling issues.

Feel free to add more to the list you may know of, or as you hear about them. I guess try and steer clear from gossip, which can have it's won thread started up I guess, if need be...

Norwood Outs = Massie and Jericho

Might be more information forthcoming at tonights B&F, but I think it's safe to assume (barring any unexpected AFL draftings or de-listings) that it's unlikely we'll see much more movement, either in or out*, to the playing list for 2010.

Has he spat the dummy because he couldn't get a regular league gig, do you think he will stay in the SANFL with another club.

Now if that was true pretty sure there'd be some very interested SANFL clubs lining up to get him.

Retiring due to chronic back/hamstring problems that has reduced his ability to train & play, the past 2 years.

Will probably play Ammo's maybe for Henley.

Corey Ah Chee retired from Port after years of great service. Also expect Joel Perry to be a scratching from the 2010 squad.

Heard second hand, from a player that was there, that when Bamford was introduced to the playing group the players were told if you dont want to play under Bamford to F*** off. My mate says Meiklejohn, Perry and another are leaving.
