My understanding is the North job is full time, is this correct?

If so would Collins look at this and more importantly would he be welcome?

Not the right fit.
South maybe but not North.
North don't need rebuilding from the bottom like West were but South do need that !
North are close to a premiership and South are a million miles away.

And yes, Fuller applied and then his application kept getting shuffled to the bottom of the pile.
