R17- South v Centrals @ Noarlunga

The 3rd placed Panthers host the 5th ranked Doggies as the Integrity Cup is again on the line.

South were dreadful after half time a fortnight ago against the Bays, while home ground advantage wasn’t enough for the Dogs against Sturt.

South are uncharacteristically undefeated from seven starts at Noarlunga, however damningly haven’t beaten the Dogs at the venue for a decade.

To state the obvious it's a crucial match 8)

Hopefully the weather won't wreck the spectacle, this should be a cracker and deserves a good crowd to watch 2 good evenly matched teams with a lot hanging on the result, a bit similar when they met last round last year, hopefully this year the result will favour the Panthers. Would like to see Haren, DeVisser, Hitchcock and Daniel in the team all of which have been in the ressies due to previous injuries.

Match of the round for mine, and hopefully it's a good spectacle. Hard to tip, maybe the Panfers just?

SOUTH
South Adelaide will be without much-improved midfielder Nic Schwarz for the contest against Central at Hickinbotham Oval on Saturday.
Schwarz, who has taken the next step while finding the ball in the midfield this year, will undergo scans on his knee after reporting soreness this week.
‘’We are hopeful it will just be the one week out, so we will rest him and have the scan to find out more information,’’ South chief executive Neill Sharpe said.
Former Bloods wingman Richard Newell, Encounter Bay product Ben Heaslip and key back Cam De Visser have all been added to the five-man extended interchange bench.
Midfielder Matt Rose will play his 50th IGA League match for South and his 100th IGA League match overall after playing 50 with Port Adelaide.

Centrals have the wood over South and it won't change this week end.
Dogs to enjoy and away day and take the game by 15-20 points

Curtain raiser for the main game at 5 pm, Bays v South U/18s. Bays need a win after lowering their colours to North last week.

Half time and (a) the Panthers up by 16 points, and (b) lead the free kicks 22 to 10.

32 frees in a half of footy. Sounds like they've got the umpires from last week's game at the Parade. If so, may God have mercy on the players and spectators footballing souls.

Why did the "umpires" give Central so many frees in the 2nd qtr? I mean I was embarrassed, 3 frees is way too many. Don't ever blatantly favour us so much again.

Well done SANFL programming u18 game straight after League game , made Central wait out on the ground in the cold while Glenelg u18 came through the player's race to enter the ground. Serves them right for losing I suppose.

Is this post actually serious? You're taking piss right because that sort of a whinge is laughable.
