Ended up working at home today, I toyed with the idea of purchasing today's game to put on in the background. Glad I saved my money now! 8)

Had a quick look and they appear red in the sun and blue in the shade. :?

Watching 9 news, they showed some footage of the Eagles match in their SANFL coverage. The numbers definitely looked red. Might have been a snatch of red on the front of the guernseys too, if I am not mistaken?

Tangentially, the channel 9 SANFL coverage was focussed exclusively on Tyson Stengle, rather than the Eagles, their "opponent", or the match itself. It's a wonder that they bothered to give the scores from the other matches, since they clearly don't believe their viewership cares about such trivialities.

That's just so they say they do care enough, when asked why they're not.

I've noticed a few new callers on the digital pass this year and it's definitely improved on previous seasons.
They had Dan Menzel doing a game earlier in the year and on Saturday Liam McBean was calling the West v Eagles game.
I thought Liam was good, even though I wasn't a fan of the guy he was with, he didn't know the players.

Phil Aspinal and John Nankavill are very good, John Casey is a fantastic addition, but what are peoples thoughts on the current group of callers?

Agree that commentary has been good/improved this year.

The special comments/guest commentators that have featured on South games have been insightful and capable of stringing a few words together, unlike some that have popped up over recent years. Haven't been subjected to Peter Walsh either this season which is a relief.

Last weeks west v eagles game great commentary
However putting the teams up pre game was a bit of an issue
According to the team lists Centrals ladies were facing the eagles ladies team lol
Other than that very good

Where do the weekly highlight packages on Facebook come from.....their pretty ordinary. More often than not miss how the ball got to a player and only has footage of them taking the set piece shot at goal.

Accidentally have put NTIV on they are showing QAFLW footy standard isn’t high . But leaves the digital pass film quality in its dust .
No idea if Bond uni pays big money but much better film quality imho
