Should be $31

Hopefully you two saw the performance v South.
Thommo has got the lads fast and fit and a few lads will step up and surprise.

I did see the game and we were impressive but as SB mentioned it's only a trial game.

Just keeping you guys honest.
Doggie fans on this site have a tendency to post far more negatives on bad days than positives on good..

How do you rate Grace, Grant (neither played yesterday), Graham and Iles (he wore the long sleeves)?

Barreau, Olsson and Jackson Kelly set for huge seasons. All fit Thommos pace orientated emphasis.

Really impressed with Graham and i thought Iles showed enough to play league footy he looked ok .Havent seen anything of Grace or Grant but heard good reports about both of them.Watched all the reserves as well Jake Sutton looked good until he got injured and Tyson Richard moves well unfortunately didnt know to many others without knowing their numbers

Sutton hails from Calder Cannons.
Tyson Richard has kicked 7 goals in 6 quarters (admittedly at Ressies level) after missing 18 months of football.

Grace was impressive in the first trial, has that ex factor about him. Hopefully he'll be ok for the next trial.
Grant is another small mid with good skills, would like to see how he goes with our best midfield group.
I was impressed with Billy Iles,he has good skills and seems very competitive, I also liked Morton across halfback.
Morton looked composed and used the footy well.
I liked Graham last season and looks like another mr fixit type.
He offers more than Marsh in the ruck around the ground, who was the ruckman for South.?

Bays new retro guernsey commemorating the 1934 flag and celebrating their 100 years with all the players names on it that they'll wear at their first home match and most away matches looks great!

Don't think they will be able to wear it as an away guernsey against the Eagles.

No, Woodville Oval the only away ground we won’t wear it.

Why are Glenelg celebrating 100 seasons in their 101st season?

Nice guernsey, good job.

The major sponsor isn't as intrusive as ours. Why couldn't we have incorporated ours the same way?. much better.

1921 to 2021 is 101 years.

March 1921 to March 2021 is 100 years.
Try the calculator app on your phone and enter 2021 minus 1921.
Tell me what number it comes up with.

They've competed for 100 seasons and will be commencing their 101st season next month.
Just like normal people celebrate when they complete a milestone year, not 12 months earlier, ie 21sts, 50ths, anniversaries, etc.

Hope you're not expecting a letter from the Queen or King when you turn 99.

I see. There is a difference between time and numbers when calculated in this manner though, otherwise every century would only have 99 years, 1900 to 1999 or 1800 to 1899 as examples.

It is there 101st season.

Next month is the start of their 101st season.
They can celebrate 101 complete years this time next year.

Just like i celebrated my 50th last September at the start of my 51st year.
Just like the SANFL celebrated their century in 1977 and the state celebrated the Jubilee in 1986.

And you're correct. 1900 to 1999 is 99 years. We celebrated the new century at the start of 2000 just after midnight when it was 100 years.

Footy clubs that celebrate a year too soon shit me, at least the Bays have done the right thing this time.
