west torrens council to spend $20 million on turning richmond oval into a sporting hub
starting with new perimeter frencing :D :D :D

Is that figure correct.
I can see an item $100,000 for Richmond Oval under Capital_works_projects https://www.westtorrens.sa.gov.au/CWT/c ... s_projects
If think they are after a project to build suitable changeroom facilities through an $850,000 federal grant
