St Kilda had 4 picks and I think only used thus giving up the chance to reunite Stengle and C rouch.

Yep I read that online somewhere but it’s Port Adelaide they always get it their way .

Sturt are screwed anyway, no chance of playing finals. Eagles not affected really, only Norwood could say they are worse off but he is an 18 year kid after all.

It seems potential draftees were able to "name their terms" so to speak with this draft...... perhaps a few felt that the timing wasnt ideal to move to Melbourne and commence an AFL dream.......? :?

Does anyone know the contract lengths of the drafted player. I know some of nominees had 18month . A club like Sturt would be pissed to loose a player for the rest of the season for nothing and have that player against them later in the season..
