Got the margin for a change, not even close with my other two calls today. :D

Rolling Stones or Gino Vannelli?

Daryl Braithwaite. "The" horses, not "wild" horses. My bad.

how good was big liam yesterday, only spends half the match at full forward, running up the ground to help out, when at the goal face having 3 or 4 defenders all over him and still kicks 6-1, the behind being a poster in the first qtr, just briliiant

Partington reported for misconduct against the Sturt runner.

Should get one game, please.

I noticed the last-3-game scores along the bottom margin in the budget and saw they were all closer than yesterday's 30-point result. Just had a look through recent history and found that the last time Glenelg did any better against Sturt was in round 2 of 2017. Sturt matches up well against the Bays.

Glenelg should have been a lot further in front at half time. Forward entry was poor; accuracy after successful forward entry was wayward. Sturt must do scragging drills at practice; they're good at it ... Amazing for McBean to notch 6.1 with the attention he was getting. At 3/4 time it was a question of "how far Glenelg?", but kudos to the Blues, they fought it out. I will confess to being a little concerned after they bagged 3 in about 5 minutes. Sturt looked a hell of a lot better when they played a short-pass game; ran circles around Glenelg when they had possession.

If the umpires are now wearing pink in Eagles games then surely they do the same for Glenelg’s remaining 2 away games at Alberton & Richmond when we’re wearing our 100 year guernsey.

A lop sided free kick count in favour of Glenelg had little relevance to the result. A midfield on top, and a key target at full forward goes a long way to a win. Sturt's talls hardly took a mark in comparison. Glenelg has some A grade players who can change the course of a game, as well as a number who fulfill their role extremely well. Sturt need Pat Wilson back next year, and a recruiting campaign, to support the undoubted talent that is already there but needs some assistance.
