7 straight losses for South heading into this weekend, their longest drought since Ronnie Fuller's first year in charge (2010) - lost 16 straight that season. Also lost 17 consecutive games in 2009 under Sampson. Good era.

Massive game for South it will be interesting to see them kick another 5 to 8 goals for a game.
Anything above 8 goals expect Wright to be offered a massive extension 8 goals or less he will just get the usual 2 year extension.
Baynes and the board are very interested in change room improvements and dont seem to care about winning games of football only now do they admit they need better recruits to support the young local talent. Pretty late to the party with that assessment 3 years of being absolutely terrible.

Legs to lead by 5 goals and South to make a come back with the result either way.

I reckon the Legs are back in the groove. Will administer a belting to South.

There is some impressive young talent in that South side. It will be tough against Norwood, but I have a feeling the Panthers will give it a fair crack

Give it a crack there's barely a pulse down at Noarlunga.
Board is too scared to do what needs to be done.

Yep, I was way off the mark with my prediction!!!
Norwood too skilled and too big for the Panthers, especially in the midfield. A South mid field without Mutch and Sampson from last year, and with Ollie Davis missing today, struggled to get clean clearance, whereas Norwood were able to find space with relative ease
IMO the young guys are trying, but this sort of result shows the mid year report is correct in that a few more experienced quality players are needed to support the young guys
It must be hard to remain motivated for the likes of Wilkinson and Fitt (played reserves as been out for a couple weeks) who have been receiving minimal inside 50's to work with for a few seasons now - I hope these guys stick around along with Skinner & Clavarino as they do provide the little experience South currently have
