Is looking a very talented coaching group........provided everyone knows their place and is willing to play their role and not overstep the mark.

Not often the whole coaching group is over turned so quickly so this group has the opportunity to set up their own system, their own dynamic to lead the team.

Under Davies there wasn't a lot of autonomy, that has quickly changed.

The immediate thought i have with that amount of game day experienced coaches is that you would you expect Port to be a more proactive in the coaches box, quicker to identify and make changes where required, quicker to adapt to changing scenarios/plans.

You guys need one or the other. Although your best at times recently has been very good, I feel as though you've had pretty close to the cattle required.
