You guys arent suggesting that a said player who has an offer in front of him would not take it and walk away from a senior spot for a rookie spot?

It doesn't, people speculated that it was him and you assumed they were correct. Besides that fact whoever they are talking about would only be put on the rookie list if he is without a club. They wouldn't be passing up a spot on a senior list for a spot on a rookie list.
