I don't, McGovern never plays on anyone, Rance does.

Rance got towelled up by Josh Jenkins, end thread :)

Jenkins has the same career stat averages as Tom Hawkins for disposals, marks and goals so.....

Jenkins is a gun. Stop having a go at Cats players all the time.

Deeply scarred is Mr Boon by the Cats. Ever since that day we've only lost to them twice AND they got Motlop and Hinkley! Hawkins, for the record has just recorded the most contested marks for the decade in the AFL. Jenkins king of the over the top goals which inflates his goal average while Tom is out there fighting multiple opponents and taking contested marks. Jenkins not in Tommy's class and Boon knows this but doesn't mind stirring the pot with the stats he keeps rolling out. ;)

I can’t recall a player recently who reads the play any better.

The best reader of play since Brian Lake.

That's because the only one who could was Big Nick. Would have been awesome seeing those two blokes battling it out back in the day.

Lets not forget that Mason Cox gave Rance an absolute bath, did that game matter?

"There is only one basis for divorce in the Bible that allows one to get married again and that is adultery. (Matthew 5:32; 19:9) If one mate commits adultery and the innocent mate is unable to forgive and forget, the innocent mate can seek a divorce and will be free to marry again in the future. In God’s eyes, the person who broke the marriage is the one who committed adultery and the innocent mate remains guilt-free in Jehovah’s eyes."

That's oddly logical for a religion lol.

I am hearing the rumours and it seems to be more coming from Bigfooty as the source at the moment.

That in itself needs to be taken with a grain of salt.

Collingwood's Trav Varcoe will under go a shoulder reconstruction.

Collingwood veteran Travis Varcoe has suffered a shoulder injury that will require reconstructive surgery.

The 31-year-old was injured during a training drill at the Holden Centre on Monday.

Collingwood performance and strategy manager Marcus Wagner said it was a disappointing blow for the speedy utility.

“The injury is disappointing for Trav, who has put a lot of work in to his pre-season training,” Wagner said

“While Trav will miss some early rounds of the season, we’ll have a better idea of his return date once he’s out of surgery.”

Varcoe has played 83 AFL games for Collingwood since joining the club prior to the 2015 season.

He made 16 appearances in the Pies' AFL team last year but was overlooked for both of the club's finals.

FORMER North Melbourne coach Brad Scott has been appointed the AFL's competition evolution manager in a revamped football operations department ahead of the 2020 season.

After cutting ties with the Roos in May last year and sitting out of football for the remainder of the season, Scott will begin the newly created role from next week.

Scott will assume much of the responsibility left by departing AFL coaching innovation and education manager David Rath, who has joined St Kilda full-time.

While assessing game trends with various stakeholders including players, coaches and analysts, Scott will also work closely with the Competition Committee.

The former Roos coach previously served as one of two coaches on the Competition Committee – alongside Brisbane's Chris Fagan – from its inception in 2018 to last season.

Scott will also play a major role in decision-making around rules, regulations and growth of all AFL competitions.

He will also continue Rath's work with the Level 4 Coaching program that aims to develop current AFL assistants into senior coaches.

Scott will sit under the freshly appointed head of competition Management Rod Auld – the brother of AFL general manager of clubs and broadcasting Travis.
