I think it's up to 2 year ban rather than at least 2 years...I could be wrong though

Could be 4 years, AFL adopted the new WADA code on Jan 1, players tested positive in Feb so the new longer ban would take effect.
Also with 2 players done it could mean team sanctions.

Because they don't do hair follicle testing, which would determince accidental dosing or systematic dosing, then the outcome of Clenbuterol cases is determined by your ability to argue that the positive test was a result of contamination. I don't think there's been many, if any, successful arguments over the years though.

So what happens if they are innocent and the b sample proves this? Can the club make any sort of claim for being ineligible to play to players, and what about the players can they put in a claim for loss of income and they won't be gaining match payments?

Over 100 cases wasnt it?
Pretty sure in the u17 Soccer World Cup in Mexico there was over 100 players who tested positive
