Crows were very good in the final 1/4 tho. Credit where it’s due.

I didn't think we had it in us. Very gutsy win.

GWS are a completely different side away from home. A legit side should get over a pretty average Crows side.
Almost down to a 3 horse race IMO

Collingwood will be cooked come Sept with there high energy/run and gun style of play.

Really it is only WC that stands between Geelong and the flag and WC have a heap of work to do to catch up. As I said a few pages back give it to Geelong now and save everyone's time. This smells big time of 2007.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Not long ago, we used to say Clarkson/Matthews/Williams gets em going at the right end of the season. Thats why they win.

Now everyone wants it over in late May early June.

Injuries, form loss, form gained still to play a big part.

As bad as the Carlton fans judgement in claiming Cripps deliberately tanked last week

Cripps is widely regarded as one of the best players in the league.

Last week, he has a bad game. Prior to that the coach has gone 16 from 76 and subsequently gets sacked.

A Carlton fan tells you he thought Cripps "tanked" to get Bolton sacked, despite the 16 from 76 before that and you form the view that Cripps is a "pea heart"?

Apparently the Crows have slammed open that premiership window that seemed to be closing.....

This week will be brilliant in the local media.

I’ve constantly stated Cripps is a gun many times on here but the shear weight of numbers of Carlton supporters calling in to SEN last week claiming that Cripps couldn’t have been beaten by a second game no talent kid was disrespectful and got me quite angry. Even so called “experts” in the media were claiming the last few weeks that Cripps was off the boil and not playing for the coach.
As I joked, “IF” he is playing to get the coach sacked he is a pea heart as would be anyone who deliberately tanks no matter the club including mine.
Maybe just maybe Clarke played a game out of the box and beat Cripps or does Carlton’s hatred of Essendon not allow them to admit it?

Well, now you tell me it was people calling SEN...

Questioning Cripps' motivation or dedication to the cause isn't a job I'd be applying for.

Not just the fans though. Guys like King and Carey who have way too much to say the media were pushing the narrative aswell. I just think it was disrespectful towards both Clarke and Cripps
