I reckon the oppurtunity to coach Gaz would be pretty intising as well
Throw in the young playing list, chance to create alot of club 'firsts' and the living location and the GC job is a pretty sweet deal

Absolutely. Coaching around the land also brings with it lifestyle choices, some people want to live in Melbourne and "live footy" some want the beaches in Perth, some want the quiet little Adelaide street, some would clearly want the Gold Coast and what comes with it.
Nobody wants to go to Sydney though, it costs too much to live there.
