A biased statistic is one that is correlated with the other statistics. Nobody is getting 5 coaches votes if they got zero kicks or hit outs so it would be strongly correlated with the other statistics

Well of course. I'm not arguing that these data points aren't related. We're trying to remove their biases by aggregating and weighting them. That's the whole point!

Ruck SWARM v2!
Removed Disposal effiency and goals - cos reasons. Added SEN Votes. Used a slightly different standard dev measure as well.

When you add it all together. It's about as irrefutable as you can get.
Ryder is the best ruck in the comp as per the empirical ruck stats and aggregated anecdotal expert opinion.

I liked it when people could just have an opinion on footy based on what they saw, what they valued, you know - based on their own footy instinct?
