I’ve been really excited by Nakia Cockatoo’s preseason, definitely a gun in the making.

Clark has been impressive in the NAB cup too, him and Hawkins will be a powerhouse up front this year.

I would agree with you there mate, Clark has been good so far, has rucked at bit as well. Really adds another dimension up forward for you guys.

Probably been the only side I've changed my opinion on after this NAB cup.

Pre NAB cup I had them 7-9 I now have them 4-6.

My top 3 hasn't changed.

Fair call. Big gap between their older and younger players though, so wouldn't be surprised with a good start then coming back to the pack a bit once the miles in the legs rack up. Hawkins, Johnson, Clark really critical to their chances and all with injury concerns in recent times.

At least he can get over his injuries when he gets suspended for idiocy.

Billy Smedts should buy a lotto ticket & send half the winnings to the new MRP.

Many Cat fans were calling for Smedts to get life. Reckon he deserved one or two. It was a big swing. Nice to get a free kick for Harry Taylor for an offence which was deemed reportable. Don't care about the report but a free would have been nice.

A gutsy win with plenty of positives for mine. Blicavs had a great game, his best for the club. Boris started to show a bit of form and Selwood was back to his brilliant best. Caddy responded after a very poor first half. Kelly played well. Lang, Gregson and Cockatoo all did pretty well with Lang playing very well. Walker looks a player and lets hope we don't drop him. Stanley held his own in the rucks but Smith is no Goldy.

I'd send Murdoch packing because he offers nothing and Johnson as well becuase he's finished but the MC won't have the guts to do that. Poor old Walker will unfairly get the chop when Tommy comes back and GHS should be in this side over Murda every time.

REB
