No I didn't think they would be a flag threat.
All the older fellas were always going to run out of gas.

Well plotted indeed

Will Scott be given the time for a full rebuild?
Surely they won't allow him to top up with pensioners again next year and you would think 5 or 6 guys would be moved on atleast

Wouldn't flinch if B.Scott got moved on, Kangaroos have been the most notorious side over the past few seasons to lose games they shouldn't and its cost them by having to travel in finals.
Plenty of options other than Scott for a rebuild.
Look at other sides rejuvenated with new coaches in the past season and a bit, at least you can see their progress.

North really only have 2 options now.
Option A is try to pick up 1-2 decent players like Geelong did and aim for another top 4 if they think they have the squad.
Option B is to gut the side and get rid of the oldies like Thompson, Firritto, Harvey, Dal Santo, Petrie, Waite etc and then try to trade any others with currency and start back at the draft.
Option B would mean North miss finals for a few years but I think it's the only option.

Was just coming on to mention him .. His foot skills have been junk tonight, and I would have thought that's one of the skills he's in the team for

I reckon Waite has another has another year in him but if your going to go full rebuild then you would probably move him on.

Petrie look done last night for sure and Firrito had a bad night for sure. Not sure about Thompson I think he is still good for a few more years.

**** off & follow another team

Our self indulged President wanted a flag under his tenure before his term ran out, he can't be reappointed, it's in their constitution.
It's not very good forward planing to recruit 30 plus top up players to compliment the already 8 plus 30 plus A grade players is it.
Wasted draft picks for nothing at the end of the day haven't they.
Coach would have ticked off on it as well instead of doing the hard yards with the youngsters.
Both of them are about to send North down a dreary path when they need to shelve 6-8 elder statesmen at the end of this season or even more.
I pity the next Pres and all the consequences he has to deal with because of the daft decisions made by the current Pres & Scott, they have failed & footy is measured by success.
Brad Scott is not the person for the re build that has to happen.

No matter where they are on the ladder or their current form the Cats always lift against the Crows

Pretty sure he signed a 2 or 3 year extension at end of last season. Doubt North would have the funds to pay him out yet

Crows win next week 2nd on the ladder is up to them to lose. Get done by Geelong its an uphill battle to get 4th with percentage playing a massive role.

What has happened to Bolton's attacking philosophy?
They are more interested in playing rugby and limiting the damage than taking on a ordinary Eagles outfit and maybe snatching a win
