you're right. i thought that old Gil had come out and said it had been scrapped. I think if you are going to have a capped interchange then the sub rule should be scrapped. you can't have them both together.

I think this is Griggs chance now that Sando is gone. I guess along with M.Crouch as well but with Grigg Sando really didn't think much of him.

How long do crows fans think Thommo has left?

Valleys, I think Crouch can forge his own career irrespective of Thommo's years left. I think he will play this year more often then not.
Thommo if he has no injuries this year probably has this one and maybe next year. Still playing pretty good footy IMO

Yeah I agree, I think both Crouch and Thommo will play in the side next year. My question was more directed at Crouch being "groomed" as such. to take Thommo's role as the inside ball winning mid (with his brother), in the hope of releasing Danger, plus outside ball winners that i'd imagine you will target over the next few drafts.Sorry Dude wrote:Thommo will retire at the end of the year after we win the flag

Agree with you there Stan. Walsh seems to have a love affair with lefties and me personally, I am a big fan of Mitch Griggs. I really think he can be played as that link man between the 50m arcs playing as a half forward. But who knows what Walsh has planned.
