Melbourne- Shithouse down around 30%

Carlton- Jesus Christ down just under 40%

All stats are home games since 2010.

St Kilda about 20% down on 2010 also.

I knew I forgot 1 club!!!!! They are pretty much down 30% since 2010. Their results are very alarming.

Is it time the AFL (and clubs) invested in smaller suburban footy grounds again with a 25-30k capacity? Surely they'd make better money having 30k in the 'burbs with lower costs than at the MCG?

I reckon some of Eddies comments recently show there are some very large concerns internally Wedgie. He's a very good operator and for him to come out and question himself in media situations shows he's rattled.

I'm sure Eddy would be more worried if his club hadn't won a premiership this century than crowds averaging 57-61k.

Compared to the end of 2015 actually. I didn't do this year as it's not finished and there are games coming up that will bring those figures down by seasons end considerably. Their membership is starting to decline too considering AFL memberships are up on the same time as last year.

I wish you we're my boss, I'd sleep a lot better at night if my figures are shithouse.
