B Crouch out with hamstring soreness, Lyon in. Seriously what is with Crouch playing Port and getting injured.

Most likely taken the cautious approach with the you man. He has had enough injuries that there is no reason to risk him. Its a long season and I reckon they are just managing him at the moment.

If young players are being "managed" after round 2, something's not right.

Hasn't played much for two years and the hard Etihad surface, no need to take a risk (sounds familiar Port fans?)

When he has had a year off due to injuries it is likely to get a few niggles early on, I would suggest its a no risk approach.

I doubt there is much more to it than that.

I guess well have to wait for Stan to clear it up, English isnt a strong point of this site, i personally dont like using apostrophes. Context of the previous quotes tells me Stan is not suggesting anything sinister, just agreeing

Sydney are looking really good so it'll be a really good test for the Crows to see where they are at.

Hopefully we can continue our undefeated streak at Adelaide Oval. Not confident... Really like how the crows are going about it, very tough at home

Also I am intrigued to see how the locals treat Tippett? He's finally going to play them in Adelaide...

Crows v Swans games are usually close and great games to watch, Saturday nights should be no different!

B Crouch most likely misses again (you don't usually have a 1 week hamstring injury unless it was pure precaution he didn’t play) and Lynch comes back in for Knight you would think.

Don’t think there will be any other changes.

This game will show where both teams are really at in this early part of the season IMO. Swans taking care of Collingwood, Carlton and GWS fairly easily and Adelaide arguably a bit tougher opponents in Port and Richmond. Quietly confident we can get the job done this week if we pressure and tackle the way we have been!

Tippett will receive the loudest boos you've ever heard. Fans love having a player to lay in to. I would think a few Crows fans have been desperate to give it to Tippett since he left.
