They are not saying Danger is a bad player but the structure of the team is a lot different with him out of the side. Does it make them a better side with Danger out? No. Does it make them a more functional team? So far, yes it seems so. There is much less of gang tackling the opponent allowing them to get over the top and run off with it. 3 games in, time will tell.

While the form and style is good at the moment, it has been a loss to the Kangaroos, a win over a Port side not 100% ( and perhaps not as good as every one thought ) and a win over the heartless Tiges. Early days, very early days.

Big two weeks coming up, two good tests await.

It's all interpretation...you could of written "a narrow loss to a very good Kangaroos side away, thrashing a top four contender in Port, and easily accounting for a smarting Richmond side away"

Glass half full. ;)

There were a few doing that at half time in round 2.

Close to even money though. Anyone know the market on this game pre round 1?

I just took the $1.95 about Sydney on Ubet (Crows $1.85 faves), i find those odds staggering. Sportsbet have Crows $2.02 and Swans $1.80, which is more appropriate.

Chatting with a couple of mates last night, one a crows fan, the other a swans supporter. The Tippett subject came up, and I asked if he will get booed.... The crows fan said yep 100%.... The swans bloke said the crows fans should be applauding Tippett.... "why we asked"...... He is taking a spot in the swans team in front of someone who can actually play, said the swans supporter.... Yep pay that one!

That swan supporter obviously hasn't been following his team too closely. Been excellent the past 12 months.

Dropped a few he should have taken in front of goal against GWS .. Actually haven't minded what I've seen from him in the ruck on occasions this year

Last year my last chance year for Tippett before I gave up on him. Certainly changed my mind about him. Adding Sinclair to help has helped him a lot this year.

He may not like him but you can't deny he has consistently been very good since mid way through last year...

^ I can't comment on him, as I don't watch him, or the swans for that matter, very much. I will take your word on his form of recent times though....my mate could be eating his words if Tippett fires up this week.

That would require him to get at least 10 kicks.....provided Kyle Hartigan isn't standing him he won't get close...

You've gone from "He's been excellent the past 12 months," to "been very good since mid way through last year" in two posts.
Looking forward to your post match assessment, Wubbsy ;)
