The game plan is what? Handball to people under pressure? Miss easy targets? Miss easy goals?

Blame the players not the Game Plan

Team wide inability to execute skill under pressure... Responsibly falls to the coaches.

So Armfield's inability to kick or make decisions is on Mick?

I have no doubt he is partially to blame for where the club is at but other people certainly have to take responsibility!!

Exactly.

More than one man to blame for this sinking ship.

Pretty much. Having options is the coaches responsibility. Having structures around him and in place so that he has runners around him is the coaches responsibility. If you're stationary, have runners around you. If you're moving, have people shepherding. Having skills/game plan/people in motion/people helping out/talking IS THE COACHES RESPONSIBILITY. You can duff kicks but if you cannot kick from week to week, don't get selected.

How obvious can it be????

Mick should have retired when he agreed to the succession plan, the game passed him by long ago.

I wouldn't have thought so! That seems contradictory to what we've seen this year.

I'd pay money to see it especially whilst he was doing his mother ducking cheating. Rolling shoulders, rubber necking, knee dropping and leading with the head. This bloke is like a soccer diver. One day an umpire will work him out, in the mean time the rest of the comp can look on in disbelief at his manipulation of umpires and the rules.
