I have no doubt he is partially to blame for where the club is at but other people certainly have to take responsibility!!

Pretty much. Having options is the coaches responsibility. Having structures around him and in place so that he has runners around him is the coaches responsibility. If you're stationary, have runners around you. If you're moving, have people shepherding. Having skills/game plan/people in motion/people helping out/talking IS THE COACHES RESPONSIBILITY. You can duff kicks but if you cannot kick from week to week, don't get selected.

I reckon if someone broke Selwood's nose, no one would care.

I'd pay money to see it especially whilst he was doing his mother ducking cheating. Rolling shoulders, rubber necking, knee dropping and leading with the head. This bloke is like a soccer diver. One day an umpire will work him out, in the mean time the rest of the comp can look on in disbelief at his manipulation of umpires and the rules.
