If we don't, or he isn't part of a package that will, we don't need to trade him.

If Charlie Dixon 83 games, 124 goals, Ave3 marks, 1.9 tackles was first Rounder(10) and 2nd Rounder, Jack Darling is.

Yep, exactly. I hope Carlton are in to him. We need a big forward of that ilk.

Agree, zero chance.

I was thinking second rounder at best.

He is worth a pick in the range of 15-25

Been some recent talk that GWS are keen to swap picks 5 & 7 with our pick 1 and a 4th rounder.
Win/win for both clubs IMO

Currently that is true but there is talk that Carlton's pick 5 will end up at GWS for Marchbank and 1 or 2 fringe players that Silvagni wants

Gotcha.

Increasing our depth is paramount so bundling players into a draft pick is wise IMO.

I wonder if the fringe player is Stewart?

Carlton building with some good talent from the gws.

Stewart has been mentioned as on his way out.
Always a little hit or miss with a package deal, might end up with a couple decent players and a spud.Carlton did the same last year and did ok from it

He was the most cooked of the four they let go. The heart is willing but the bod just can't do it anymore. Why would West Coast need another tall forward trying to top up his super? It would be a strange move if it eventuated.

Lobbe has asked for a trade. Might only fetch a 2nd round pick this year. Dogs, Essendon, Carlton, Brisbane suitors possibly
