How on earth could any of you condone a big swinging cheap shot from a senior coach. What if he had of killed him. Dickhead or not it was a scum act from someone who gets paid a million a year.
Reminded me of when he cheap shot the Carlton player and broke his jaw.
Huge fine and suspension needs to be handed down.
Yes the guy was a nob but if you are going to belt every drunk wanker who yells carn the pear then your going to have a sore fist.

The only way you would condone what the "supporter" did was if it was you or you knew him, or that behaviour modeled your own at some stage.
You also forgot in your analogy, " if you are going to belt every drunk wanker who yells carn the pear" to add "who is intentionally in your face trying to provoke a reaction with your wanker mate filming it then you would belt very few people in your life".

At no point did I condone the supporters a matter of fact if you read to my post I label him both a dickhead and a nob.
I still don't think it justifies Clarksons actions

It wasn't at the ground it was in the city. I don't know anything about the guy but he may not have been at the game, he may not be a member, he might not even go for Port.

No arguments the guy has no respect and yes he got what he deserved but it was a cheap shot and with a Nationwide campaign against violence especially "one punch" suggests Clarko should have known better. Clarko has a history of anger management and unprovoked violence and this is just another example of it. If everyone got what they deserved......
Have just seen his interview and he is already down playing it as a push. Will probably get away with just a fine but I wouldn't want My coach taking the law into his own hands.

Don't know if it was the wind conditions or not but sitting out the front of my place on Saturday night I could clearly hear the Power crowd, never been able to hear stuff from my place before, I'm further north than Prospect Oval. It was an amazing noise coming out and quite clear.
