Joe the Goose. Never pays off when it matters. Obviously has a good manager.

Jenkins is a squib and has been for the best part of the year, goes to water at the first sign hard work, he should be first up for trade this year.
McKay is an outside receiver and never around when really needed.
Douglas is very careless when in possession.
Walker should have the Captaincy taken from him after today's poor leadership.
If Lever goes it will be a pity, don't think his heart is with the Crows.
Hardigan is a reckless defender.
Lynch made quite a few poor decisions when the pressure was on.

There is plenty of talent in the wings just waiting to push the dead wood over the side and take their spots.

Crows get pumped in 17 but hey at least we made it...

Crows were minor premiers, cruised through the finals, dominating scoring, best side last two years.. lost by 48 points.

Take into account they kicked 2 goals in the first 2 minutes, and 2 goals in 2 minutes in the last - their match was as poor as Port in 07.

Look up choke in the sporting dictionary.

"Adelaide 2017"

Generous, it certainly wasn't effective disposals.

I only have last year's edition of that dictionary. It still has a picture of Mark Williams wrapping his own tie around his neck under the "choke" entry.

I don't think the disposals stats is that damning for JJ, I mean its bad, but that can happen as a forward in a team that's struggling.

It was the 1 tackle that was alarming. No excuses for that,

Tiges were very nervous in first quarter, overused the ball a great deal at half forward and didn't get enough deep entries. Quarter time instructions from Hardwick were obvious, get in quick and deep, and the rest is history. Seven or eight unanswered goals and game over.

Geez did we miss McGoven, normally provides a bit of X-factor and stands up when Tex and JJ are giving us nothing.
Hopefully an aggressive trad period coming up

Every now and then you need to run towards the ball, just to contest. He missed his opportunity, when the cows needed him.

It is akin to 2007 when Port where the last opponent standing.
Adelaide by 12 goals.

Port beat Hawthorn in Tassie and Geelong in Geelong in consecutive weeks turning around 50 and 40 odd point losses to those sides earlier in the yar, beat the 2006 premiers the first week of the finals after finishing level with them ( a classic game if you can be arsed ) and slaughtered the Kangas in the prelim.

It was Geelong, Port/West Coast or nobody that year and, sadly, much akin to this year Geelong were on a mission that day while Port were still riding a wave from a couple of seasons earlier, we did earn our right to be there that day. Lucky, hey?

This week, Adelaide on a mission, Richmond riding a wave from just winning a final.

Adelaide 2017 is not Geelong 2007, as was proven today.

REB

One good thing about Daylight Saving kicking in tonight is that we lose an hour of whinging about umpires.
