Personally i think 1 game is a bit rich. I just remember reading a few articles after the Crows fiasco where chief medical officers were very criticial of how serious they believed the AFL was taking the issue.

Gut feel the AFL will look to set that right and try and send a message to all players.

Worse case scenario for the AFL is he gets a really light punishment and then in 2 weeks time another player is videoed in a gang bang or something like what happened in the english premier league lol. :D

The crows issue was a different kettle of fish, it was when we were being more vigilant as a society then being in the Barossa no doubt made it more of a storm in a tea cup given the American tourists outbreak there.

I know I'm stupid but how are they allowed to tackle each other at training but not be interviewed despite social distancing?

How does Kane Cornes be able to appear on the Sunday Footy Show and then return to Adelaide each week? Surely that isn't essential?

Yeah in the last few weeks its all turned into a dogs breakfast and just which governing bodies can massage the health departments into whatever regulations they need.

The health departments have been brilliant in stopping the virus spread but i cant help but feel the last few weeks they are just looking at maintaining relevance and enjoying their finals moments essentially ruling the country. Probably not correct but im getting a bit frustrated especially with some of the restrictions i have to manage and work through.

He should get a week for letting Theo in his house, I mean what's next you start letting people like Kane Cornes come around, line needs to be drawn.

Exactly how I feel right now.

Some are so dumb, they appear to be protocols for the sake of protocols, without actually adding or aiding any benefit.. frankly it reeks of try hard.

Stand next to your opponent - but don't sit next to your team mate on the bench.
Tackle - but don't high 5
Share a car to training - but don't get changed in the change rooms
Have a dozen mates over for beers and pizza - but don't do any interviews.
Don't allow anyone into the grounds - but still disinfect the balls each goal.

This doesn't bode well for Ollie

The AFL has confirmed that Zerk-Thatcher self-reported to the club having breached 'living arrangement protocols',

It doesn't bode well, but I'd say someone spending the night might be seen as a little worse than a reporter in the garden.

So the AFLs broadcast partner were unaware of the interviewing protocols?

Media don't care about any protocols, just get the story.

The onus is on Ollie here. its part of his employment.

Makes me feel great about the hours on hours i have spent writing individual risk assessments, Covid safe plans, online training modules for staff and the list goes on and on. Im probably doing it at a tenth of the pay rate as well.

If the Essendon player received 1 match for breaking protocols and self reporting , Ollie probably will get the same. Its a stupid protocol. The reporter should get banned as well.

I see onus on both sides given they a partner. There was no story, it was a fluff piece to fill in some time on the news.

Would be a fun place to be at the moment, inside the PAFC. The kids are enthusiastic and more importantly talented, the older blokes have a spring in their step and the game plan looks to be more in line with our list profile than the last 3 years.

Don't see Wines coming back in, it's only one of Rockliff or SPP he replaces and I don't think he does that this weekend.

Whilst we're undersized in defence ( Clurey the only big body ) we somehow manage to set up with an extra behind the ball that allows Jonas to be the pack crashing spoiler, a job he's very good at.
