Agree REB, Ive been saying for 18 months now that we remind me of a young Geelong side.

Just need to be patient and get more games into the youngsters and let them fully develop.

We have already showed this year we can match anyone on our day and in patches play the best footy in the league. Time should bring more consistency and it could happen as soon as 2014.

Im surpirsed Majak hasnt had another go just to give another avenue to goal instead of being Petrie focused and also to help Goldy out in the ruck.

Need to find that right balance between offence and defence, because you've conceded too much this year.

In very quick periods.

We're number 3 in the league for time spent in front which is even more frustrating.

Yep tough year for Roos supporters, but you appear to have plenty to work with

Geelong v North in a few weeks. Whoever is five goals up in the third quarter is screwed. Hopefully they'll leave the roof open.

good end to the year for the boys
actually not that sorry we did not make it because at the end of the day we did not deserve to be there,as well carlton for that fact but you do grab your opportunities when you get them
I think not making it will hurt them enough to go better next year
with a bit of trading for experience heads will see us be the big improvers
think theres a few top 8 clubs happy that we are not there

North supporters, what is your view on Levi Greenwood? He is someone who always seems to do well when he plays but can't hold down a spot in the team. Is he just unlucky or are there serious deficiencies in his game?

I've said previously that the endeavour/effort is there.
His pace and disposal by foot isn't.

Went to the game today and enjoyed it, we did well with a very make shift defence. Frustrating year but we have plenty of improvement which is a positive, can see us pushing top 4 next year.

i am a huge fan of his
hard at the ball and can do a great shut down job
think he should be a big part of our future but a think he might end up at demon land with either Anthony or harper for number two pick?

And a $1m profit announcement, where are those saying we needed to go to Gold Coast?

Whilst off field was very frustrating this year, JB and the board have done an amazing job off field and has the club in a great position to challenge for a flag in the next 5 years.

I would like to think we'll be challenging for a flag within 2 years.

Yes, they have done an amazing job. They had to, as they had gambled the clubs future by not moving.

The reality was there and they stared it down - impressive work.

By what do you mean challenging?
Definate top 8 and possible top 4 next few years but not sure if they can make that extra step just yet. Hawks, Freo, Swans and Cats wont slide too much if at all

No, far from locked in.
Just think those 4 wont slide too much, its up to the other clubs to improve and get up there. History shows there is usually a bolter that has a massive leap up the ladder, maybe its North next year
