Dont get too far ahead of yourself, you'll probably be 7th after this round. hard to win it from there

Should win the next 5. Even if we drop one of those we can still finish top 4

I'm loving AFL this year. My head is in overdrive with potential scenario's over the next 10 weeks.

Hawks box seat well done, you have to admire them. Still 10 weeks to go.

Crows in Adelaide first week of finals.

Then it will be the Hawks in the Prelim at the MCG barring any upsets

Not necessarily, we finish 3rd. Hawks top. Shades of 2012 ;)

5 games the hawks have won by 10 points or less

cant work out whether it means they arent that good or that makes them supremely good because they always find a way to win the close ones

A lot more from B than A IMO.
Winning breeds a winning culture they just know how to get it done, it's almost robotic how they play when scores are tight.
They aren't as good as previous years but until someone beats them in a final they are the best.
Clubs just havnt worked them out yet apart from GWS, don't think the Hawks would want them in a final

Of Sydney's 5 losses 4 of them have been by 10 points or less.

That can be looked at in two ways too. Means they almost never get beaten soundly, which is great. But they also let games slip against Richmond, Bulldogs, and now Hawthorn.

Chuck the cows game in too with those 3 teams you've mentioned.

Not only do they have confidence in the tight ones, their opponents have doubts .. Granted I watched with no volume at the pub tonight, but for nine Sydney made so many mistakes it was a credit they got they close against such a champion team.

Pfft. You have to beat the umpires as well. If they put the whistles away the Hawks are stuffed.

the "east west" 50 against Jack was a joke but that is the rule now.
Ben McGlynn was just a brain fade and the 50 was there every day
The main concern was again the amount of frees that were NOT paid against Hawks

Dropping the ball should now be called a "Jordan Lewis".
The ammount of times he gets tackled and just lets go of it is staggering

With Bruce, BT and Luke Darcy that woukd have been the best way to eatch it.

So will Hodge be even be sighted for his tackle?

Umpires didn't cost us the game last night, we did a pretty good job of that... But Jesus 4 free kicks up to 3qtr time is a joke and some sort of a record!!!

We are good enough to win the flag but **** me we have to get better in the clutch!
