Always thought he was overrated anyway though.

Just listening to Tony Cochrane discussing the change of coaches and there appears to be little love lost. Might not have been conducive to hanging around until the end of the season.

Apparently Eade was told Monday night with the intention to see out '17, Eade reportedly contacted Evans this morning to offer a change of heart.

I don't think anyone ever thought he'd go anywhere. Might be worth holding under their hat until the bye round and announce it then?

Don't be so sure. I think he'd be a great fit, 2 years, straighten things up and hand over to an understudy. Wouldn't be the worst move by the GC and he's still very much involved at AFL level with the Tigers. Has said numerous times he's got unfinished business. I would think his resume would have been updated in the last 24 hours.

If Eade wasn't just there, I'd see your point, but no way they will go for another coach of that age bracket. Will be a late 30's early 40's aged coach this time.

Would Brett Ratten be a chance for GC job? Current assistant @ Hawks and was treated fairly harshly given the door at Carlton.....

This is the worst season ever. So much shit football, the worst tribunal crap, the media continuing to go downhill. All we need to cap off this craptacular year is a Crows vs. Swines Grand Final. Get ****** AFL.
