For many years we used to have a few people over to our house in the Adelaide Hills - BBQ, Beers, kick the footy at half time with the kids, throw in some tipping comps good stuff. 2008, 2013, 2014 & 2015 were particularly enjoyable.
Now moving East has seen that come to an end. Last year I joined a group of people I barely knew in a pub near Richmond, and had a great day, but it wasn't quit the same.
This year, now the Mrs & Daughter have come over to Melb, thought it would be good for them to soak up the experience a bit. So I booked a table at the Terminus Hotel in Richmond. Expecting that the Tigers would be in the GF. Bugger, added that daughter now has a work shift on Saturday (late notice) don't think I can be stuffed getting on the train etc. Maybe just a BBQ at home (the weather sounds awful) and a few beers.
On a side note, work have a couple of our Yanks colleagues over here at the moment, if they are at a loose end on Saturday I may invite them over.... be interesting to get there take on our game.
What do you other blokes get up to?

Stop the sledges and people might want to be near you more often.
PS - Say no to the ice you'll get offered or the cousins hand in marriage.
