I don't think you can either. I tried on Centrebet and lots of markets were 'single only' however there were a few that you could multi, I can't remember what markets, sorry. They do have heaps of their own multis though, like Magnussen 100m freestyle, Bolt 100sprint, Phelps...etc

You can multi, unfortunately I put Spain (men's soccer) in a multi last night

I had a quick look at a few on sportingbet and I couldn't multi

Edit: Seems you can with "matches" but not for medal winners.
