Plenty of horses do that and get away with it in inferior grades at inferior tracks and don't run second.

My brother, a mate and myself were in the pub on Saturday putting on some cheeky tri's, we were starting to form a decent kitty when a Willie Pike ride came up, whenever he's on a fave I like to pick him to lose as he does my head in.

I announced let's go field, Willie, field on Double Bubble, everyone agreed and we went on having a beer and telling each other how good we are as the race was 10 minutes away.

We watched the race, a roughie came from nowhere and pipped him, a roughie came third too so we were all cheering, I looked down and said "where's the f****** ticket?"

No one bothered to put it on, paid $2300 or something like that.

Well what a disaster with sportsbet today, ******* website and app was ******. I had double bets which of course lost, other bets that i didnt get on who of course won.

I will get my money back on the duplicate bets but dont like my chances on bets that didnt go through. Id put me house on them giving me 1 $20 bonus bet for my troubles, generous ****

Yeah going on their helpline didnt do me any good, i had to go to the live bet line just so i could speak to someone and get it fixed.
I havent had any troubles the last couple weeks

Yep, disgraceful and unacceptable on Sportsbet’s behalf. Seems to have been happening since the release of the new website, whether related or not I don’t know. Spent 32 minutes on hold with them last week, didn’t bother this time (probably because I was having a stinker of a day on the punt).

I wouldn’t have thought they’d pay on any bets that didn’t go through, but a mate screenshotted and is giving it a go.
