Yep, disgraceful and unacceptable on Sportsbet’s behalf. Seems to have been happening since the release of the new website, whether related or not I don’t know. Spent 32 minutes on hold with them last week, didn’t bother this time (probably because I was having a stinker of a day on the punt).

I wouldn’t have thought they’d pay on any bets that didn’t go through, but a mate screenshotted and is giving it a go.

Yeah, i didnt screenshot mainly because i wouldnt know how haha.
Awhile back i had a winning multi that they marked as a loser, 4 phone calls and 24hours later i finally got my money. No compensation for the **** up. No response to the email i sent them about the ordeal

I recently had a massive argument.
I had 2 runners in a dog race. 1 to win and other to place.
Both as singles and last legs of multis.

Bingo.
Had the winner and my placed dog finished 3rd $4.50place.
You ******* beauty.

Then its marked as a loss.

Live chat......was a debacle.

All 3 TABs and other corporates do pay a 3rd div on a late scr. But not Sportsbet.
The **** then tried telling me you can ring up and try to cancel your bet...

But as punters, we put our bets on in good faith of 3 divs, we can't control late scratchings....ffs.
If the Tabs can pay that than the corporates can as well.

But we did get them on Nationals final night.
Equilibrium jumped $2.50, they bet $4.60 plus they offered $2 Tornado Tears with no max bet.

A while back (maybe 12 months) my Blackbookers stopped coming through reliably, then stopped altogether. Rang Sportsbet and the help chick said “Oh you need to set it up in your profile”. Told her I knew that and a) hadn’t changed it and b) it was setup correctly. She looked at it and said “yeah it’s setup correctly, don’t know why it’s not working, anything else I can help you with?”

Dafuq! What help did you give me ???

Similar with the Punters Club - Had to give it away because not one single prick there knew how it worked, nor did they care.

You don't even need screenshots, I had an issue a few weeks ago where I was trying to place a tri abut it was saying one horse had been scratched, I left it out and placed the bet seconds before the jump only to find it was running.

It placed, my tri was rooted without it, I rang them and they have the ability to see the bets that you have attempted to place, I got more back in bonus bets than what my tri would've paid, just took me longer to lose it all again.

Yep, I done a few mysteries one day and I swear they changed a number once the race was completed. I had no leg to stand on and I have never placed a mystery on there since, if only I had of screen-shotted.

Sportsbet on the fritz again (last night too) ... Just rang them and got a $50BB pretty much immediately. Whether Ill be able to use it today I don't know lol but anyone who has an account, get on the phone!!
