From what I read, West Torrens was the 2nd most supported team behind Port pre 1960.
Pity that dropped off come 1980 onwards.

Maybe so spelly, I guess WT may have had an ageing supporter base, but I think they still got good crowds until around 1975ish when knuckles took over.

it's a pity,you look at their champ players in the 50's and it really is a pity it died off so fast.
