If we go back to the VFL as well, for Centrals there's maybe Jonas but definitely Scott Lee and Michael O'Loughlin.

I'm not sure that Centrals could claim Scott Lee after he started at Hawthorn.

Neville Roberts - Richmond premiership player, Victorian rep.

But did he start in SA? Or was he a Vic import?

Jonathon Robran. Played 83 career AFL games, which would probably put him in the realm of Waterhouse. (And a teensy bit beyond Negri.)

Jonathan Ross, on the other hand...

Quote from Legends of SANFL site:

Neville Roberts was a brilliant footballer for West Torrens, Richmond and Norwood. He was a star at all three. Recruited from Henley High, Roberts burst on to the scene for Torrens in the early 70's. He had great dash and courage, sticking his head into ridiculous situations. Inevitably the VFL came knocking and in 1975 Roberts transferred to Richmond, where he notched up 81 goals in 49 games over three seasons

Returning to West Torrens, Roberts received a broken jaw which saw him adopt a helmet - thus earning the nickname "Rocky", which stayed with him henceforth. He was a cult hero at Thebarton, but moved to Norwood for what proved to be the most rewarding stage of his career.

Rocky played 108 games for the Redlegs and was four time leading goalkicker from 1982 to 1985, topping the century twice. He was a pivotal part of Norwood's premiership sides in 1982 and 1984.
