Good question. In a West v Norwood in the late 20's. You potentially could have had Walter Scott, Alec Lill, Bruce McGregor and Bob Snell playing the same game. Or Glenelg vs North in 1940 potentially had Pash and Hawke lining up against Johnston and Brock.
There is potentially a couple of others.
I had a quick glance at the Magarey Medal winners and I can't see a chance of more than 4 in one game, but prepared to be proved wrong.
I suppose it depends if you are counting Magarey Medalists already won or players who went onto win a Magarey as well.
