i can't see michael graham in that photo
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

Where was it taken? looks as though it is the southern parklands judging by the depth of the grass and the shape/angle of the hills.

It would depend upon when they took the photo. The Flash used to take off to Darwin straight away and play footy up there for 6 months. He may not have been in Adelaide when the photo was taken.
