I bought it on e-bay (very recently). Soemone said there was a "1989", I argued there wasn't, the years go 1987,1988,1990,1991 etc. My therapist said I had to anyway, something about "healing"....

Actually if it wasn't for the "1 goal in mind" I shouldn't be too emotinally scarred as North, Geelong and the Canberra Raiders all made the GF that year so I couldn't have had too bad a year, luckily the Raiders got up in a thriller for their first win so I have something to watch from that year.

Still got this Budget.

They had a 'computer season' in which Port beat Glenelg in the grand final.

What a surprise :)

Reakon the Port team is pretty much spot on but I'm not sure about Mark Williams - he only played the one season. Paul Belton played some great footy for us in the early - mid eighties.

Steve Curtis on the half-forward flank? Gotta be in the back-pocket. I'd have Danny Hughes alongside him at full-back, too.

And although he wasn't a flashy type - Greg Boyd played in three premiership teams in the 80s, more than any other Port player except Greg Phillips and Bruce Abernethy (four each).

I've still got this budget as well

I would have put Trigger on the wing before Kinnear...
Don't play games with a girl who can play 'em better...

Like Mark Williams, Trigger only played the one season (played a couple of games in '88 as well.)

Admittedly, it was a pretty good season - runner-up in the Magarey.

Kinnear, on the hand, played a lot of footy in the 80s, including a couple of premiership teams and a grand final that I wiped from my memory long ago.
