He is? I thought he was the president of the Anti Football Association
Nah, from memory he just wore a Warriors scarfe, presumably sent by a viewer, one night on his ABC cooking piece when Woodville were stone motherless bottom.

Yes, former cheer squad member and so the fable goes that a certain male North Cheer Squad / Grog Squad legend had sex with her it is rumoured that's what made her change "persuasions"! LOL

And so did Mark Latham.
Bob Hawke on the other hand once (and only once) stated that he was a North Adelaide supporter, as was his Minister Chris Hurford and the former member for Adelaide Andrew T. Jones.
Mick Young of course was a staunch Port supporter and his son young Mick Young, played seconds for Port. He actually was a very good player. I thought that he would have played league for the lesser sides at the time.
Other ex politician supporters include Ralph Clarke, Jane Lomax Smith, Michael Wilson (the former Minister for Transport) and Senator Sir Harold Young, former President of the Senate in the Fraser Government were all North supporters.
Geoff Virgo and Roy Abbott were South barrackers. Jack Wright and of course Don Dunstan were Norwood supporters.
David Tonkin and Stan Evans were both Sturt barrackers and of course current politician Iain Evans played Reserves for Sturt.
Bobo Olsen was a West Adelaide barracker.

And Don Banfield, Minister for Health under Dunstan, once told me, after a few of Brandies and Dries, that he should be No. 1 ticket holder at Norwood because he'd been a member of the NFC long before Don Dunstan.robranisgod wrote:.... Jack Wright and of course Don Dunstan were Norwood supporters.
