Lowest Scores conceded over 3 games...

Dear Spelly,

Since you said you were running out of stats...here's something to keep you amused over the long weekend :)

What is the lowest number of goals a team has conceded over a 3 game period?

With Glenelg conceding 5 goals against South, 1 goal against Norwood, and rain forecast for Monday, is there a chance of a new record being set?

(I believe Glenelg has to keep Port to under 14 goals to create a new club record for Glenelg (beating rounds 7-9, 1999) )

And if you get bored you can extend it to 4 game periods, 5 game periods etc...

6 goals, conceded by Port in 1907 - Rounds 12, 14 and 2nd Semi - 3, 1 and 2 goals to North, West and Torrens respectively.

In four matches it is Port in that same run, with Round 11 against South being the 4th game - 5 goals in that match.
Also, Sturt conceded 11 goals in 4 matches between Rounds 9 and 13 1912 - 2, 6, 2 and 1 goals against Torrens, South, North and Norwood.

For 5 matches it is 16, again Port in that run, with Round 10 against Norwood being the 5th game - 5 goals in that match.
As well, Port between the Final of 1914 and Round 5 1915. 1, 4, 5, 3 and 3 goals against North, South, Sturt, West and North.
And, North between Rounds 6 and 10. 2, 2, 7, 3 and 2 goals against Norwood, West, Torrens, Norwood and Sturt.

But that was before Glenelg entered the competition so Port only had "easy" teams to play against.
