Bob Nichols' 2002 Book on the 1978 GF between Norwood and a team I can't remember atm, has recently been updated to recognise the 30th anniversary of the game. Oh, yes it was Sturt.

Hmm I wonder if the Sturt Merchandising booth at Adelaide Oval will have copies on sale tomorrow....
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

There was an interesting article in the Messenger of that appropriate G/F a week or 2 ago too.

I bet all Sturt supporters love being reminded of that game

I can't believe that nobody has said that Des Foster will be signing copies of the book yet.

I saw it today in Melbourne Sports Books on Flinders Street, for any Melbourne residents.

The original book was called Triple Blue, and was a fine (if not terribly lengthy) read. He'd gotten pretty much all of the major players to talk to him. Including Des Foster.
