A couple of other things - South has not beaten Eagles there since 1997 - 8 losses in a row.
South beat West for the first time at Noarlunga in 2003 - 7 losses in a row before that.
Their most successful run against one club there was against Glenelg - 3 wins in a row between 1996 and 1998; also 2000 and 2002.
Souths' greatest winning streak at Noarlunga is 4 - Rd 16 1995 to Rd 1 1996 and Rd 9 1998 to Rd 20 1998.
The most losses in a row by South at Noarlunga is 10 - Round 4 2002 to Round 6 2003.

Not so fortress Noarlunga

Considering its conditions are so different to most grounds and its location, you would think it would a bit more difficult to win down there??

Well I suppose considering South hasn't made the finals in that time, it's not that hard to beat South in any conditions. They simply haven't turned it into a "fortress" in the 11 and a bit seasons they've been there.

For the Eagles it's Poor Conditions + Wet weather + South at Noarlunga = Win
