Dear Spelly,

I thought this might be an interesting stat for you to research. :)

Glenelg has currently won at least 6 games in a row against 5 different clubs - North, Norwood, Port, Sturt and West.

Is this a record for the most opponents a club has simultaneously held winning streaks of at least 6 games?
What other comparable situations have there been in the past?

All very interesting but I'd be much happier to have a winning streak of one match against one club on the 4th October this year. ;)

Especially when you consider that those clubs have won 97 premierships between them, compared to Glenelg's 4!!!

From what I can find so far, Sturt had winning streaks after Round 16 1970 against these clubs:

South 6 wins
Central 14 wins
Norwood 12 wins
Port 6 wins
