One of the criteria was for more than 1 report in separate incidents, and I think someone might have been reported twice recently (maybe in the North v WWTt game) .. If so, Im not sure whether the reports were for multiple incidents?

Djaran Whyman was reported twice, but one of these were trial by video. Incredibly he was found guilty on both counts and given a reprimand each time. If he had been reported for the separate incidents at the time of the incidents he would have been sent from the ground.

Was it Sam Jones ?

Eg marking contest, player comes in late with elbow, one umpire reports him for charging (didn't see the elbow as he was behind the player) and another ump in a closer spot reports said player for striking.
